Hi everybody! Sorry that I missed you in school today. I hope you all got started on your research projects on conservation. This work will culminate in another project that I will talk about when I get back. Please get as much done as possible before I return.

This was a very interesting video. Although it wasn't very long it got the point across. There isn't as much information out about overfishing as there is with other things that harm the environment. I liked how the video was done in a funny way. Over fishing is a big problem and this video shows that.
The video was not able to load on my iPod so I had to watch this on josh's laptop. I really liked the music but I thought the video was two short. I liked the fact that over 1/3 of the ocean's fish supply is gone. It was also funny how the fisherman caught such
a little fish, and the guy in the rangers hat. I felt that the video was also lacking info
at the begining. It could have had more than 3 facts.

I think that the video was exaggerating and in a way beleaguering the point. But then again it may BECOME that bad but definitely not yet. I love to Fish with my grand father on lake ontario and to help the problem I will and I always do let the fish go with minimum wounding.
This was a very as Eli said "interesting" video. It was not that it wasn't good or anything. But it was lacking a few basic properties. It was short, it overreacted, and the music did not suit what they were trying to put out there. But i do like the cornyness of this video only because OF how they overreacted. But it did seem kinda selfish or (shellfish) on how they didn't care how the fish felt. That's all that I have to say.
I thought that the video was funny. You would picture the fish to be huge and heavy. Yet, in the short video it was the exact opposite,It shows what's going to happen to our fish and all other aquatic animals,if we dont do something.Stop releasing waste into the lakes and rivers. This video was just warning us for what can happen in the future.

I REMEMBER THIS VIDEO. The first time I watched it it scared the heck out of me. The point of the video was that the fish are disappearing, partly because of humans overfishing. This video was trying to bring it's point across in a serious but humorous way.
It showed the negative affects of overfishing in a simple funny way. It got to the problem and the results that we have seen already. It was a good way to understand something that there isn't that much information on, or really heard of. The fact that 1/3 of fish are gone...is just mind bending and kinda scary.I have never really thought of fish dying out it wasn't something that really came across my mind, i have heard very little on this topic but this video was a good way to explain some of the issues that come along with Overfishing.
aside from the cliche fisherman acting i thought this video was quite intresting. It had a soft humor to it, but at the same time got the whole message across in a short time. The negative message in it is a strong one, and I hope we never reach the point highlighted in this commercial.
The video was short but to the point. Overfishing IS a problem that our nation and even the world is facing. Like the video said that although it isn't THAT bad, it is serious. I think the government should put more laws and rules that restrict the fish farms instead of weakening the few we already have. I don't eat a lot of fish at the moment, but i will probably in the future and i want there to be fish to actually try. Fish are also a very important food source for a lot of other creatures that would most likely die if the fish became that small. In other words overfishing is not only a serious problem, but a serious problem we need to address and soon.
I think the video was funny but interesting. It is showing what the population of fish is going to look like if we don't slow down on the fishing. At first expected it to be a ton of fish. It was only a count of six fishes. If I were fishers I would stop right now and save the population of fish that is still in the ocean. Those are my thoughts towards the video.
The video was short, and lacking in some information, but managed to get the point across well, in a comical way. I haven't been able to find much information on overfishing, but this really managed to make me understand that this is yet another way that humans are tearing apart the environment and it really needs to stop NOW!
the vidio was rather depressing...all the little fishies are dying from being caught and eaten abd that 1/3 of all the fish in the ocean are gone. the video was short and kinda funny but i think that it showed a lot of informantion.
That video was quite funny and yet also some what serious. I also like how it tells the truth and it wasn't so long like some of the other video's you make us watch. No offense Dan but they are kind long. But i anyway its true how we always fish out a curtain type of fish so fast it may go extinct. Sigh.
I agree with everyone else, when they say that this video is short, but I also agree with them when they say that it gets the point across very well. Overfishing is becoming a huge problem in our ecosystem, and one day, we might see a world where catching a fish 3 inches big would be considered a major accomplishment.
